To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Licensed Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Licensed Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
